SECTION 1. The Director of the National Museum shall cooperate in the work of preserving all permanent public works and monuments of artistic or historical value, which are owned by the Philippine Government, or any of its political subdivisions, and make a fair and accurate record thereof.
SEC. 2. The Director of the National Museum, subject to the approval of the Secretary of Agriculture and Natural Resources, may make rules and regulations for carrying out the provisions of this Act.
