AN ACT AMENDING THE PROVINCIAL GOVERNMENT ACT, NUMBERED EIGHTY-THREE, AS AMENDED BY SECTION TWO OF ACT NUMBERED ONE HUNDRED AND THIRTY-THREE, BY EXTENDING THE TIME WITHIN WHICH THE CEDULA TAX FOR NINETEEN HUNDRED AND TWO MAY BE PAID UNTIL JULY THIRTY-FIRST, NINETEEN HUNDRED AND TWO.

Section 1

SECTION 1. Section thirty-two of the Provincial Government Act, Numbered Eighty-three, as set forth in section two of Act Numbered One hundred and thirty-three, entitled "An Act to amend the Provincial Government Act," is hereby amended by adding at the close of said section thirty-two the following words: "Provided, That in the year nineteen hundred and two the cedula tax shall be due and payable up to and including July thirty-first."

Section 2

SEC. 2. The public good requiring the speedy enactment of this bill, the passage of the same is hereby expedited in accordance with section two of "An Act prescribing the order of procedure by the Commission in the enactment of laws," passed September twenty-sixth, nineteen hundred.

Section 3

SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect on its passage.
