SECTION 1. Provincial boards of provinces having subprovinces are hereby authorized to appropriate out of their general funds a sum not to exceed thirty pesos a month for quarters for the lieutenant-governors of their respective subprovinces.
SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect on its approval. Approved, November 28, 1930.
