Section 1

SECTION 1. The second paragraph of section one of Act Numbered Thirty-five hundred and thirty-seven is hereby amended to read as follows:

"The Province of Oriental Misamis shall consist of that portion of the present Province of Misamis which comprises the municipalities of Balingasag, Cagayan, Gingoog, Initao, Salay, Quinoguitan, Talisayan, Tagoloan, and the island of Camiguin with its municipalities and adjacent small islands and the municipal districts of Claveria, Lourdes, and Lumbia."

Section 2

SEC. 2. All acts or parts of acts inconsistent with the provisions of this Act are hereby repealed.

Section 3

SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect on its approval.
