Section 1
SECTION 1. The first paragraph of section four of Act Numbered Thirty-six hundred and thirty-nine, entitled "An Act creating the Bureau of Animal Industry; defining its powers and functions; providing for its personnel; making appropriations for its organization and operation; changing the name of the Bureau of Agriculture to Bureau of Plant Industry; and for other purposes," is hereby amended to read as follows:
"SEC. 4. Terms defined.—'Domestic animals' as herein used, includes horses, mules, asses, cattle, carabaos, hogs, sheep, goats, dogs, cats, rabbits, deer, fowls, circus and pet animals, and those intended to be used for show or experimental purposes."
