AN ACT EXTENDING TO THE PROVINCES OF BATANES AND PALAWAN AND THE SPECIAL PROVINCES UNDER THE JURISDICTION OF THE BUREAU OF NON-CHRISTIAN TRIBES THE PROVISIONS OF ACT NUMBERED THIRTY-FOUR HUNDRED AND TWENTY-TWO, WHICH CONFERS UPON MUNICIPAL COUNCILS GENERAL AUTHORITY TO LEVY TAXES SUBJECT TO CERTAIN LIMITATIONS.

Section 1

SECTION 1. The provisions of Act Numbered Thirty-four hundred and twenty-two, entitled "An Act conferring upon municipal councils general authority to levy taxes subject to certain limitations," as amended by Act Numbered Thirty-seven hundred and ninety, are hereby made extensive and applicable to the Provinces of Batanes and Palawan and to the special provinces of Agusan, Bukidnon, Cotabato, Davao, Lanao, Sulu, Zamboanga, Mountain Province, and Nueva Vizcaya.

Section 2

SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect on January first, nineteen hundred and thirty-two.
