Section 1

SECTION 1. Article six of Chapter forty of the Revised Administrative Code is hereby amended by inserting a new section, to be known as section fourteen hundred and ninety-eight-A, which shall read as follows: "SEC. 1498-A. Tax on saccharine.—On saccharine there shall be collected a tax of sixty pesos per kilogram."

Section 2

SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect on its approval. Approved, November 13, 1931.
