AN ACT TO AMEND SUBSECTION (E) OF SECTION ONE OF ACT NUMBERED THIRTY-NINE HUNDRED AND TWELVE,

ENTITLED "AN ACT MAKING APPROPRIATIONS FOR PUBLIC WORKS."

assembled and by the authority of the same:

Section 1

SECTION 1. Subsection (e) of section one of Act Numbered Thirty-nine hundred and twelve, entitled "An Act making appropriations for public works", is hereby amended by making item nine, on page nineteen, under the heading "Occidental Misamis", read as follows:

"9. For the completion of the school of the barrio of Talayron, Oroquieta ............. P4,000.00"

Section 2

SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect on its approval.
