Subsection (e) of section one of Act Numbered Thirty-nine hundred and twelve, entitled "An Act making appropriations for public works", is hereby amended by making item nine, on page nineteen, under the heading "Occidental Misamis", read as follows: "9. For the completion of the school of the barrio of Talayron, Oroquieta ............. P4,000.00"
