Section 1

SECTION 1. Section two of Act Numbered Two hundred and thirty-eight, entitled "An Act fixing the limits of Cavite Harbor, vesting the Admiral of the United States Navy in command of the Asiatic Squadron with police jurisdiction thereof and providing rules and regulations for governing vessels anchoring therein," is hereby amended by striking out the letter "L" in the tenth line of paragraph (h) of said section and inserting in lieu thereof the letter "R."

Section 2

SEC. 2. The public good requiring the speedy enactment of this bill, the passage of the same is hereby expedited in accordance with section two of "An Act prescribing the order of procedure by the Commission in the enactment of laws," passed September twenty-sixth, nineteen hundred.

Section 3

SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect on its passage.
