Act No. 475 — AN ACT AMENDING SECTION NINE OF "THE PROVINCIAL GOVERNMENT ACT" AS AMENDED BY PARAGRAPH FOUR OF SECTION ONE OF ACT NUMBERED ONE HUNDRED AND THIRTY-THREE, BY STRIKING OUT FROM PARAGRAPH (a) OF SAID SECTION NINE THE WORDS "THE PROVINCIAL TREASURER SHALL FORWARD TO THE INSULAR AUDITOR A TRUE COPY OF THE TAX LISTS OF THIS PROVINCE."

SECTION 1. Section nine of "The Provincial Government Act," as amended by paragraph four of section one of Act Numbered One hundred and thirty-three, entitled "An Act to amend 'The Provincial Government Act, Numbered Eighty-three is hereby amended by striking out from the last two lines of paragraph (a) of said section nine the following words: "The provincial treasurer shall forward to the Insular Auditor a true copy of the tax lists of this province."
SEC. 2. The public good requiring the speedy enactment of this bill, the passage of the same is hereby expedited in accordance with section two of "An Act prescribing the order of procedure by the Commission in the enactment of laws," passed September twenty-sixth, nineteen hundred.
SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect on its passage. Enacted, October 6, 1902.
