SECTION 1. All certificates of registration issued for the year nineteen hundred, under authority of General Order Number Fifty-eight of the Military Governor, dated November sixteenth, eighteen hundred and ninety-nine, shall continue effective for the year nineteen hundred and one, or until such time as further legislation on the subject is enacted.

AN ACT MAKING EFFECTIVE THE CERTIFICATES OF REGISTRATION, ISSUED UNDER GENERAL ORDER NUMBER FIFTY-EIGHT OF THE MILITARY GOVERNOR, DATED NOVEMBER SIXTEENTH, EIGHTEEN HUNDRED AND NINETY-NINE, DURING THE YEAR NINETEEN HUNDRED AND ONE, OR UNTIL FURTHER LEGISLATION ON THIS SUBJECT.
SEC. 2. Persons who have not taken out certificates of registration under the above order by January first, nineteen hundred and one, shall take out the same, but such shall have the same effect and legality only as that given by section one to certificates lawfully issued during the year nineteen hundred.
SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect on its passage.
