Section 1

SECTION 1. Pursuant to the provisions of section thirteen of the Land Registration Act, the salaries of examiners of titles for the Third, Sixth, Eighth, and Ninth Judicial Districts are hereby fixed at the following rates per annum, in money of the United States: For the Third Judicial District, one thousand dollars. For the Sixth Judicial District, one thousand two hundred dollars. For the Eighth Judicial District, one thousand two hundred dollars. For the Ninth Judicial District, one thousand two hundred dollars.

Section 2

SEC. 2. The public good requiring the speedy enactment of this bill, the passage of the same is hereby expedited in accordance with section two of "An Act prescribing the order of procedure by the Commission in the enactment of laws," passed September twenty-sixth, nineteen hundred.

Section 3

SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect on its passage. Enacted, September 19, 1903.
