Section 1

SECTION 1. Section one of Act Numbered Sixty-nine is hereby amended by substituting the name of Louis M. Maus, Major and Surgeon in the United States Army, for that of Charles E. Green-leaf, M. D., Colonel and Chief Surgeon of the Division of the Philippines, in the United States Army.

Section 2

SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect on its passage.
