SECTION 1. Paragraph seven of section one of Act Numbered Nine hundred and thirty, entitled "An Act reducing the seventeen municipalities of the Province of Tarlac to nine," is hereby amended so as to read as follows: "7. The municipality of Pura shall consist of its present territory and that of the municipality of Gerona, with the seat of the municipal government at the present municipality of Gerona."
SEC. 2. The public good requiring the speedy enactment of this bill, the passage of the same is hereby expedited in accordance with section two of "An Act prescribing the order of procedure by the Commission in the enactment of laws," passed September twenty-sixth, nineteen hundred.
SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect on its passage. Enacted, November 3, 1903.
