SECTION 1. Section ten of Act Numbered Eighty-two, known as "The Municipal Code," is hereby amended by inserting in the second line thereof, after the words "in the house of the municipality," the words ''or in any other building designated by the provincial board."
SEC. 2. Section eleven, subsection (h), of the Municipal Code Proviso, is hereby amended by adding at the close thereof the words "Provided, however, That the hour for closing the election may be extended, in the discretion of the provincial board, until seven o'clock postmeridian."
SEC. 3. The public good requiring the speedy enactment of this bill, the passage of the same is hereby expedited in accordance with section two of "An Act prescribing the order of procedure by the Commission in the enactment of laws," passed September twenty-sixth, nineteen hundred.
SEC. 4. This Act shall lake effect on its passage. Enacted, November 17, 1903.
