Section 1

SECTION 1. The elementary school of the municipality of San Dionisio, Province of Iloilo, shall hereafter be known as "Federico Ferraris Memorial School," in honor of the late Federico Ferraris, who generously defrayed the expenses of founding said town.

Section 2

SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect on its approval.
