AN ACT AUTHORIZING THE CHIEF OF THE PHILIPPINE CONSTABULARY, WITH THE APPROVAL OF THE SECRETARY OF THE INTERIOR, TO PURCHASE THE PROVINCIAL BUILDINGS AND THE SITE ON WHICH SAID BUILDINGS ARE LOCATED IN THE PROVINCE OF MINDORO TO BE CONVERTED INTO A CONSTABULARY RESERVATION, AND APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF TWENTY-FIVE THOUSAND PESOS FOR SAID PURPOSE.

Section 1

SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated out of any funds in the Insular Treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of twenty-five thousand pesos to be expended for the acquisition of the Government buildings and the site on which said buildings are located, owned by the Province of Mindoro, to be converted into barracks and reservation of the Philippine Constabulary in the said Province of Mindoro.

Section 2

SEC. 2. The Chief of the Philippine Constabulary is hereby authorized, with the approval of the Secretary of the Interior, to purchase under such terms and conditions as he may see fit, the aforementioned buildings and site, situated in the municipality of Calapan, Mindoro.

Section 3

SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect on its approval.
