SECTION 1. The bond of twenty-five hundred pesos furnished by Jose Nazareno in favor of the Philippine Government for the provisional release of Jose Castro y Obregon in criminal case No. 33547 of the Court of First Instance of Manila, entitled "The People of the Philippine Islands versus Jose Castro y Obregon, et al.," which has been declared forfeited by said court, is hereby remitted after the expenses actually incurred by the Government in the execution of the said bail bond have been deducted.
