Section 1
SECTION 1. Subject to the rules and conditions established in Act Numbered Thirty-six hundred and thirty-six, there is hereby granted to Rafael Garces, for a period of thirty-five years from the approval of this Act, the right, privilege and authority to construct, maintain and operate an electric light, heat and power system for the purpose of generating and distributing electric light, heat and power, for sale within the limits of the municipality of Maribojoc, Province of Bohol, Philippine Islands: Provided, however, That any deposit made or bond furnished by said Rafael Garces in accordance with Act Numbered Thirty-five hundred and nine shall be considered as a deposit made or bond furnished by him for the purposes of the present Act.
