Section 1

SECTION 1. The sum of two hundred and eighty thousand pesos is hereby appropriated out of any funds in the Insular Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the construction of additional buildings in the Insular Psychopathic Hospital at Mandaluyong, Rizal.

Section 2

SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect on its approval.
