AN ACT AUTHORIZING AND APPROVING THE SALE, ASSIGNMENT AND TRANSFER BY THE ROBERT DOLLAR COMPANY, A CORPORATION ORGANIZED AND EXISTING UNDER THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA, UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, OF ITS RADIO RECEPTION AND TRANSMISSION FRANCHISE WITH ALL RIGHTS AND PRIVILEGES GRANTED BY ACT NUMBERED THIRTY-FOUR HUNDRED AND NINETY-FIVE, AS AMENDED, BY ACT NUMBERED THIRTY-SIX HUNDRED AND NINETY-TWO, UNTO THE GLOBE WIRELESS, LIMITED, A CORPORATION ORGANIZED OR TO BE ORGANIZED UNDER THE LAWS OF THE PHILIPPINE ISLANDS.

Section 1

SECTION 1. Subject to all the conditions, terms, restrictions and limitations of Act Numbered Thirty-four hundred and ninety-five, as amended by Act Numbered Thirty-six hundred and ninety-two, the Robert Dollar Company, a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of California, United States of America, is hereby authorized to sell, convey, assign or transfer its franchise and all rights and privileges acquired by it under said Act to construct, maintain and operate in the Philippine Islands stations for the transmission and reception of wireless messages unto the Globe Wireless, Limited, a corporation organized or to be organized under the laws of the Philippine Islands, hereby approving the same.

Section 2

SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect on its approval.
