SECTION 1. In the headings of Title Four of Book One of the Revised Penal Code, strike out the words "and of civil liability resulting from crime"; strike out also the words "Chapter Oneβ€”Extinction of criminal liability"; and amend the words "Section One" and "Section Two" to read, respectively, "Chapter One" and "Chapter Two."

SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect on its approval. Approved, December 7, 1933.
