LAMSON THE RIGHT TO SELL, CONVEY, ASSIGN OR TRANSFER HIS FRANCHISE AND ALL PROPERTY AND RIGHTS ACQUIRED THEREUNDER TO INSTALL, OPERATE, AND MAINTAIN AN ELECTRIC CURRENT, HEAT AND POWER SYSTEM IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF SAN ANTONIO, PROVINCE OF NUEVA ECIJA, IN FAVOR OF THE SAN ANTONIO ELECTRIC COMPANY, INC.

Section 1

SECTION 1. Subject to the terms and conditions prescribed in section fifteen of Act Numbered Thirty-six hundred and sixty-one, Mariano R. Lamson is hereby authorized to sell, lease, grant, convey, assign, give in usufruct, or transfer his franchise and all property and rights acquired thereunder in favor of the San Antonio Electric Company, Inc., a corporation regularly organized under the laws of the Philippine Islands and duly authorized to operate and maintain electric light, heat and power system.

SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect immediately on its approval.
