AN ACT CREATING A COMMITTEE TO FIX THE BOUNDARY LINE BETWEEN THE MUNICIPALITY OF TALISAY, PROVINCE OF BATANGAS, AND THE ADJACENT MUNICIPALITIES OF SILANG, AMADEO, MENDEZ, AND ALFONSO, PROVINCE OF CAVITE, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

Section 1

SECTION 1. A committee is hereby created, to be composed of the Secretary of the Interior and Labor, the Judge of the Court of First Instance of the Province of Batangas, the Judge of the Court of First Instance of the Province of Cavite, a representative of the Provincial Board of Batangas, to be designated by said Board, and a representative of the Provincial Board of Cavite, to be designated by the latter, which committee shall as soon as possible establish, on the basis of old titles and documents and other authentic data on file in the archives of the Philippine Government, the real boundary line between the municipality of Talisay, Province of Batangas, and the adjacent municipalities of Silang, Amadeo, Mendez, and Alfonso, Province of Cavite.

Section 2

SEC. 2. The decision of the committee created hereunder shall be final after approval thereof by the Governor-General, by executive order.

Section 3

SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect on its approval.
