AN ACT CONVERTING PARANG BARRIO HIGH SCHOOL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF PARANG, PROVINCE OF SULU, INTO A NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL TO BE KNOWN AS PARANG NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR.

Section 2

SEC. 2. The Ministry of Education and Culture is hereby directed to take such steps as are necessary for the conversion and operation of the school and immediate implementation of this Act.

Section 3

SEC. 3. The amount needed for the operation of the school shall be determined in accordance with Section 40 of Presidential Decree No. 1177 and charged to the appropriations authorized by Batas Pambansa Blg. 40 and 80 for the Ministry of Education and Culture intended for new national schools. Thereafter, such sum as may be necessary for its operation and maintenance shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.

Section 4

SEC. 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
