AN ACT ESTABLISHING AN AGRICULTURAL HIGH SCHOOL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF TAGBINA, PROVINCE OF SURIGAO DEL SUR, TO BE KNOWN AS TAGBINA-BAROBO NATIONAL AGRICULTURAL HIGH SCHOOL, AND AUTHORIZING THE APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS THEREFOR.

Section 2

SEC. 2. Such sum as may be determined by the Minister of Education and Culture and the Minister of the Budget as being necessary for the implementation of this Act shall be charged to the appropriation of the Ministry of Education and Culture authorized under Batas Pambansa Blg. 40 for new national schools. Beginning in 1981, such sum as may be needed for the maintenance and operation of the above authorized national school shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.

SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
