SEC. 2. The inclusion of the agricultural curriculum in the School shall be on a gradual scheme, limiting the agricultural subjects to the freshman class for the school year 1980-1981 and, thereafter, instructing said subjects to the students in the second year, third year, and fourth year, every year subsequent to 1980-1981 school year. Said School shall operate basically as a secondary institution with emphasis in the preparation for scientific knowledge and performance in agriculture. The Minister of Education and Culture is hereby empowered to organize the School accordingly.

AN ACT CONVERTING THE BLINGKONG BARANGAY HIGH SCHOOL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF LUTAYAN, PROVINCE OF SULTAN KUDARAT, INTO A NATIONAL AGRICULTURAL HIGH SCHOOL, TO BE KNOWN AS LUTAYAN NATIONAL AGRICULTURAL HIGH SCHOOL.
SEC. 3. The School shall have scholarship programs for the members of the cultural minorities residing in the Municipality of Lutayan, Province of Sultan Kudarat.
SEC. 4. The amount needed for the operation of the School shall be determined in accordance with Section 40 of Presidential Decree No. 1177 and charged to the appropriations authorized by Batas Pambansa Blg. 40 and 80 for the Ministry of Education and Culture intended for new national schools. Thereafter, such sum as may be necessary for its operation and maintenance shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.
SEC. 5. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
