AN ACT CONVERTING THE LIBACAO BARANGAY HIGH SCHOOL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF LIBACAO, PROVINCE OF AKLAN, INTO A NATIONAL FORESTRY VOCATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL.

Section 2

SEC. 2. The Minister of Education and Culture is hereby authorized to reorganize said school accordingly.

Section 3

SEC. 3. The Minister of Education and Culture shall implement the provisions of this Act so as to make the Libacao National Forestry Vocational High School in operation on the first school term after the effectivity of this Act.

Section 4

SEC. 4. The amount of two hundred thousand pesos for the operation of the school shall be charged to the appropriations authorized by Batas Pambansa Blg. 80 for the Ministry of Education and Culture intended for new national schools. Thereafter, such sum as may be necessary for its operation and maintenance shall be provided for in the annual General Appropriations Act.

Section 5

SEC. 5. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
