"SECTION 1. There shall be established, under the direct supervision of the Director of Public Schools, a trade school in the Municipality of Guiuan, Province of Samar, to be known as the Felipe Abrigo National Memorial School of Arts and Trades."
SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval. Approved, February 8, 1982.
