AN ACT ESTABLISHING AN AGRO-INDUSTRIAL HIGH SCHOOL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF MONDRAGON, PROVINCE OF NORTHERN SAMAR, TO BE KNOWN AS THE MONDRAGON AGRO-INDUSTRIAL HIGH SCHOOL, AND AUTHORIZING THE APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS THEREFOR.

Section 2

SEC. 2. The amount of three hundred thousand pesos for the operation of the school shall be charged to the appropriations authorized by the Batas Pambansa Blg. 80 for the Ministry of Education and Culture intended for new national schools. Thereafter, such sum as may be necessary for its operation and maintenance shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.

Section 3

SEC.3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
