AN ACT CONVERTING THE SAN JUAN MUNICIPAL HIGH SCHOOL, IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF SAN JUAN, PROVINCE OF ABRA, INTO A NATIONAL SCHOOL TO BE KNOWN AS THE NORTHERN ABRA NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL, AND AUTHORIZING THE APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS THEREFOR.

Section 2

SEC. 2. The Minister of Education and Culture is hereby empowered to reorganize said school accordingly.

Section 3

SEC. 3. The amount of two hundred thousand pesos for the operation of the school shall be charged to the appropriations authorized by Batas Pambansa Blg. 80 and Batas Pambansa Blg. 131 for the Ministry of Education and Culture intended for new national schools. Starting Calendar Year 1983 such sum as may be necessary for the operation and maintenance of the school shall be provided in the annual General Appropriations Act.

Section 4

SEC. 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
