AN ACT ESTABLISHING THE ZAMBOANGA DEL SUR SCHOOL OF ARTS AND TRADES IN THE CITY OF PAGADIAN.

Section 2

SEC. 2. The Minister of Education and Culture shall implement the provisions of this Act so as to make said Zamboanga del Sur School of Arts and Trades in operation during the first school term following the approval of this Act.

Section 3

SEC. 3. The amount of three hundred thousand pesos for the operation of the school shall be charged to the appropriations authorized by Batas Pambansa Blg. 80 for the Ministry of Education and Culture intended for new national schools. Starting Calendar Year 1983 such sum as may be necessary for the operation and maintenance of the school shall be provided in the annual General Appropriations Act.

Section 4

SEC. 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
