AN ACT TO ESTABLISH A NATIONAL AGRICULTURAL HIGH SCHOOL IN BONDOC PENINSULA, QUEZON PROVINCE, TO BE KNOWN AS THE BONDOC PENINSULA AGRICULTURAL HIGH SCHOOL, AND AUTHORIZING THE APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS THEREFOR.

Section 2

SEC. 2. Upon the recommendation of the Director of Secondary Education, the President shall set aside and reserve such portion of the public land located in any of said municipalities of said province as may be necessary and convenient for the establishment of the school and farm site.

Section 3

SEC. 3. The amount of three hundred thousand pesos for the operation of the school shall be charged to the appropriations authorized by Batas Pambansa Blg. 80 and Batas Pambansa Blg. 131 for the Ministry of Education and Culture intended for new national schools: Provided, That the local government unit concerned shall continue to provide its share in the cost of operating and maintaining said school. Starting Calendar Year 1983, such sum as may be necessary for the operation and maintenance of the school shall be provided in the annual General Appropriations Act.

Section 4

SEC. 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
