AN ACT CONVERTING THE TULUNAN MUNICIPAL HIGH SCHOOL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF TULUNAN, PROVINCE OF NORTH COTABATO, INTO A NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL TO BE KNOWN AS THE TULUNAN NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL.

Section 2

SEC. 2. The amount of two hundred thousand pesos for the operation of the school shall be charged to the appro­priations authorized by Batas Pambansa Blg. 131 for the Ministry of Education and Culture intended for new schools: Provided, That the Municipality of Tulunan shall continue to provide, its share in the cost of operating and maintaining said school. Thereafter, such sum as may be necessary for its operation and maintenance shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.

Section 3

SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
