Section 2

SEC. 2. The provisions of existing laws governing capitals of provinces shall be applied to Bongao.

Section 3

SEC. 3. The provincial capital herein created shall begin to exist upon the effectivity of this Act.

Section 4

SEC. 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
