AN ACT CONVERTING THE CAPIZ REGIONAL VOCATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF DUMALAG, PROVINCE OF CAPIZ, INTO A VOCATIONAL-TECHNICAL SCHOOL TO BE KNOWN AS THE DUMALAG VOCATIONAL-TECHNICAL SCHOOL.

Section 2

SEC. 2. The Minister of Education and Culture may authorize the expansion of the school's curricular programs in addition to the present offerings as he deems necessary and as the need arises.

Section 3

SEC. 3. The amount of one hundred thousand pesos for the operation of the school shall be funded out of the appropriations authorized by Batas Pambansa Blg. 131 for the Ministry of Education and Culture intended for new national schools: Provided, That the local government unit concerned shall continue to provide its share in the cost of operating and maintaining said school. Thereafter, such sum as may be necessary for its operation and maintenance shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.

Section 4

SEC. 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
