SEC. 2 The amount of one hundred fifty thousand pesos for the operation of the school shall be funded out of for the appropriations authorized by Batas Pambansa Blg. 131 for the Ministry of Education and Culture intended for new national schools. Thereafter, such sum as may be necessary for its operation and maintenance shall be provided for in the annual General Appropriations Act.
SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval. Approved, November 13, 1982.
