AN ACT ESTABLISHING A NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF SAN AGUSTIN, PROVINCE OF ISABELA, TO BE KNOWN AS SAN AGUSTIN NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL.

Section 2

SEC. 2. The Minister of Education and Culture shall issue such rules and regulations as may be necessary to carry out the purpose of this Act.

Section 3

SEC. 3. The amount of one hundred fifty thousand peso for the operation of the school shall be funded out of the appropriations authorized by Batas Pambansa Blg. 131 for the Ministry of Education and Culture intended for new national schools. Thereafter, such sum as may be necessary for its operation and maintenance shall be provided for in the annual General Appropriations Act.

Section 4

SEC. 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
