Section 2
SEC. 2. Any person who violate the provision of this Act shall be punished with imprisonment of not less than six months or a fine of not less than one thousand pesos or both such imprisonment and fine at the discretion of the court.

Section 3
SEC. 3 This Act shall take effect upon its approval. Approved, November 13, 1982.
