"SECTION 1. The Central Ilocos Sur Emergency Hospital in the Municipality of Narvacan, Province of Ilocos Sur is hereby converted into a general hospital to be known as Central Ilocos Sur General Hospital. This hospital shall have a fifty bed capacity."
SEC. 2. The title of the same Act is hereby amended to read as follows: "An Act converting Central Ilocos Sur Emergency Hospital in the Municipality of Narvacan, Province of Ilocos Sur into a fifty bed capacity General Hospital to be known as Central Ilocos Sur General Hospital and authorizing the appropriation of funds therefor."
SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval. Approved, April 20, 1979.
