SEC. 2. The school shall be accommodated in the campus of the present Abra School of Arts and Trades.

AN ACT ESTABLISHING A NATIONAL GENERAL HIGH SCHOOL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF BANGUED, PROVINCE OF ABRA, TO BE KNOWN AS THE ABRA HIGH SCHOOL AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR.
SEC. 3. The building owned by the old Abra High School before its conversion into the Abra National Trade School and finally into the Abra School of Arts and Trades shall be transferred to the new Abra High School.
SEC. 4. The amount of one hundred fifty thousand pesos for the operation of the school shall be funded out of the appropriations authorized by Batas Pambansa Blg. 131 for the Ministry of Education and Culture intended for new national schools. Thereafter, such sum as may be necessary for its operation and maintenance shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.
SEC. 5. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
