SEC. 2. The Culaba National Vocational School, in addition to offering general secondary, technological, forestry and other vocational courses, is authorized to expand its curricular offerings, even on collegiate level, as may be deemed necessary by the Minister of Education and Culture who, for this purpose, is hereby empowered to reorganize said school accordingly.

AN ACT CONVERTING THE CULABA BARANGAY HIGH SCHOOL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF CULABA, SUB-PROVINCE OF BILIRAN, PROVINCE OF LEYTE, INTO A NATIONAL VOCATIONAL SCHOOL TO BE KNOWN AS THE CULABA NATIONAL VOCATIONAL SCHOOL.
SEC. 3. The Minister of Education and Culture shall immediately implement the provisions hereof so as to make the Culaba National Vocational School in operation by the first school term after effectivity of this Act.
SEC. 4. The amount of one hundred thousand pesos for the operation of the school shall be funded out of the appropriations authorized by Batas Pambansa Blg. 131 for the Ministry of Education and Culture intended for new national schools: Provided, That the local government unit concerned shall continue to provide its share in the cost of operating and maintaining said school. Thereafter, such sum as may be necessary for its operation and maintenance shall be provided for in the annual General Appropriations Act.
SEC. 5. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
