AN ACT CONVERTING THE MUÑOZ PROVINCIAL HIGH SCHOOL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF MUÑOZ, PROVINCE OF NUEVA ECIJA, INTO A NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL, TO BE KNOWN AS THE MUÑOZ NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR.

Section 2

SEC. 2. The amount of one hundred thousand pesos for the operation of the school shall be funded out of the appropriations authorized by Batas Pambansa Blg. 131 for the Ministry of Education and Culture intended for new national schools: Provided, That the local government unit concerned shall continue to provide its share in the cost of operating and maintaining said school. Thereafter, the amount needed for its operation shall be included to the annual General Appropriations Act.

Section 3

SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
