Section 2

SEC. 2. The Commission on Elections .shall conduct and supervise the holding of the plebiscite in the areas affected within ninety days from the approval of this Act, the expenses of which shall be charged to local funds.

Section 3

SEC. 3. All Acts or parts thereof inconsistant with the provisions of this Act are hereby repealed or modified accordingly.

Section 4

SEC. 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
