AN ACT EXPANDING THE CURRICULAR OFFERINGS OF THE SAN MARIANO JUNIOR NATIONAL AGRICULTURAL HIGH SCHOOL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF SAN MARIANO, PROVINCE OF ISABELA, WHICH SHALL HEREAFTER BE KNOWN AS THE DELFIN ALBANO MEMORIAL SCHOOL OF AGRICULTURE AND TECHNOLOGY.

Section 1

SECTION 1. The San Mariano Junior National Agricultural High School in the Municipality of San Mariano, Province of Isabela, which shall hereafter be known as the Delfin Albano Memorial School of Agriculture and Technology, shall offer a two-year course associate in agri¬culture for college students and short-term courses geared to the skilled manpower needs intended for the out-of-school youths.

Section 2

SEC. 2. The sum-needed for the implementation of this Act shall be included in the appropriations for the Ministry of Education and Culture intended for the expanded curricular offerings in the annual General Appropriations Act starting in 1983.

Section 3

SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
