SECTION 1. There shall be established, under the direct supervision of the Office of the Minister, Ministry of Health, a ten-bed capacity municipal hospital in the Municipality of Tambulig, Province of Zamboanga del Sur, to be known as Tambulig Municipal Hospital. The hospital shall be located at the poblacion of the said municipality.
SEC. 2. The amount necessary for the construction and operation of the hospital not to exceed seven hundred fifty thousand pesos shall be funded out of the appropriations authorized by Batas Pambansa Blg. 131 and Batas Pambansa Blg. 230 for the Ministry of Health intended for new or expanded hospitals. Thereafter, such sum as may be necessary for its operation and maintenance shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.
SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval. Approved, March 19, 1983.
