SECTION 1. There shall be established, under the direct supervision of the Office of the Minister (Ministry of Health), a municipal hospital in the barrio of Daclan, Municipality of Bokod, Province of Benguet, to be known as the Dennis Molintas Municipal Hospital.
SEC. 2. The Minister of Health shall determine the manner by which said hospital shall be operational.
SEC. 3. The amount necessary for the construction and operation of the hospital not to exceed seven hundred fifty thousand pesos shall be funded out of the appropriations authorized by Batas Pambansa Blg. 131 and Batas Pambansa Blg. 230 for the Ministry of Health intended for new or expanded hospitals. Thereafter, such sum as may be necessary for its operation and maintenance shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.
SEC. 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval. Approved, April 7, 1983.
