AN ACT CONVERTING THE BITOON BARANGAY HIGH SCHOOL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF DUMANJUG, PROVINCE OF CEBU, INTO A NATIONAL VOCATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL TO BE KNOWN AS THE BITOON NATIONAL VOCATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL.

Section 1

SECTION 1. The Bitoon Barangay High School in the Municipality of Dumanjug, Province of Cebu, is converted into a national vocational high school to be known as the Bitoon National Vocational High School.

Section 2

SEC. 2. The amount of one hundred thousand pesos for the operation of the school shall be funded out of the appropriations authorized by Batas Pambansa Blg. 131 and Batas Pambansa Blg. 230 for the Ministry of Education, Culture and Sports intended for new national high schools: Provided, That the local government unit concerned shall continue to provide funding for its share in the cost of maintenance and operation of the school. Thereafter, such sum as may be necessary for its operation and maintenance shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.

Section 3

SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
