AN ACT ESTABLISHING A NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF CATARMAN, PROVINCE OF NORTHERN SAMAR, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR.

Section 1

SECTION 1. There shall be established a national high school in the Municipality of Catarman, Province of Northern Samar. The curriculum of said school shall include both academic and vocational courses.

Section 2

SEC. 2. The Minister of Education, Culture and Sports who shall implement the provisions of this Act so as to make the aforementioned high school operational on the first school term after the approval hereof, is hereby empowered to promulgate rules and regulations in connection with the administration of the said school.

Section 3

SEC. 3. The amount of one hundred and fifty thousand pesos for the operation of the school shall be funded out of the appropriations authorized by Batas Pambansa Blg. 230 for the Ministry of Education., Culture and Sports intended for new national high schools. Thereafter, the amount needed for its maintenance and operation shall be in the forthcoming General Appropriations Acts.

Section 4

SEC. 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
