AN ACT CONVERTING THE MOLAVE HIGH SCHOOL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF MOLAVE, PROVINCE OF ZAMBOANGA DEL SUR, INTO A VOCATIONAL TECHNICAL SCHOOL TO BE KNOWN AS MOLAVE VOCATIONAL TECHNICAL SCHOOL, AND AUTHORIZING THE APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS THEREFOR.

Section 1

SECTION 1. The Molave High School in the Municipality of Molave, Province of Zamboanga del Sur, is hereby converted into a vocational technical school to be known as Molave Vocational Technical School.

Section 2

SEC. 2. The operation of said school for the current fiscal year shall continue to be funded out of local funds and from its share of national aid to local schools. The requirements for succeeding fiscal years shall be provided in the forthcoming General Appropriations Acts.

Section 3

SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
